These Sponsor & Advertiser Terms (“Terms”) apply to any secular or religious business, church, ministry, shrine, organization, parish, diocese, institution, or tourism partner (“Sponsor”) that purchases advertising, listings, or promotional placement within Discover Catholic products, including but not limited to city guides, website placements, newsletters, or printed materials (“Sponsorship Services”).
A. Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their organization
- Supply logos, images, and copy in required formats and dimensions
- Ensure all promotional material complies with applicable laws and Church guidelines
- Notify Discover Catholic of any changes to hours, locations, or services
Discover Catholic is not responsible for outdated or incorrect sponsor-provided content.
B. Discover Catholic Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Edit sponsor content for clarity or formatting
- Decline or remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with our brand values
- Adjust placement or formatting as necessary for design or editorial considerations
Placement is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed sponsorship agreement.
C. Payments & Refunds
- Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the agreed-upon deadline
- Late payments may delay placement
- All fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
D. No Endorsement

E. Liability
Sponsors acknowledge that:

If terminated due to Sponsor fault, refunds will not be issued.
